Description
- Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry (TELE) unit
- Utilize 18+ months of Telemetry nursing experience
- Hold an active Georgia (GA) or compact state nursing license
- Maintain current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Complete and maintain NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Perform IV insertions and manage PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) lines
- Document care and manage patient records using Epic EMR system
- Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms and respond to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
