Travel Social Worker – Acute Care

Job Description

Start Date: ASAP
Facility Type: Acute Care Facility
First-Time Travelers: Yes, but first-time travelers must be screened
Floating: No
Patient Ratio: Days – 1:25
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute medical Social Work experience
Candidate must have experience performing both:
- Social Work
- Discharge Planning
Weekend Requirement: Typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to department needs
RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
