Description

Job Summary for Medical Lab Scientist (4 years of experience)

- Perform complex laboratory testing and analysis across various disciplines (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.)
- Interpret and validate test results with accuracy and precision
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Ensure compliance with quality control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot instrument and assay issues to minimize downtime
- Document and report findings to physicians and healthcare providers promptly
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education activities
- Maintain laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members and assist with training new staff
- Work night shifts (21:00 - 07:00), including weekends and holidays as required

Med Ninjas Job ID #18809. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
