Description

Job Summary for NICU RN (Level III) - SMMC

- Position: NICU Registered Nurse (Level III)
- Facility: Acute Care Hospital (212 beds)
- Unit: Level III NICU (approx. 190 births/month)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- At least 1 year in NICU specialty
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Certifications Required:
- BCLS
- NRP
- PALS
- Floating:
- May float to Mother-Baby (MB) for babies
- Full float to MB if experienced with couplet care
- On-Call: Not required
- Weekends:
- Every other weekend (may exceed to accommodate unit needs)
- Scheduling:
- No block scheduling
- Outside employment schedule requests not considered
- All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted with application; approval based on facility needs
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Local Radius: 50 miles (contact Account Manager for local rate)
- Charting System: Epic
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue (OR/L&D provided)
- Parking: Free

Med Ninjas Job ID #19216. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
