Description
- Provide direct patient care in assigned nursing specialty.
- Utilize nursing knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and take appropriate action.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competency.
- Work scheduled shifts from 7PM to 7AM.
- Fulfill full-time work requirements.
