Travel LPN LTC: Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Y
Years of Experience Required: 1 year
Locals accepted - N - must be > 75 miles
Float: Y - Per facility need
Weekend Coverage: EOW

BLS Required

Ratios: Days - 1:21, Nights - 1:42, Weekends - 1:21

Patient Diagnoses: Dementia, Arthritis, CHF, CVA

Special Procedures/Unit Details: 42 bed long term care unit

Patient Ratio Experience Required: 1:21

EPIC Required

Med Ninjas Job ID #20470. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
