Description

Travel LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Oneonta, NY 13820

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Shift Duration: 8.5 hours per shift

Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess health conditions, and report changes to the RN or physician.
Assist with care planning and maintain accurate patient records.
Support residents with daily living needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.

Requirements:

Active New York State LPN license.
Previous LTC, SNF, or nursing home experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Med Ninjas Job ID #20516. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
