Description

Job Summary (ER RN – SMMC Emergency)

- Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
- Location: SMMC Emergency Department (verify facility location before signing)
- Assignment Type: Elevated seasonal rate through 3/1/27
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: Weekends required (may exceed every other weekend), 3/5 major holidays required
- Schedule: Block schedule considered at manager discretion
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (first-time travelers accepted)
- Preferred Experience: Community hospital experience
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Epic Charting System: Experience required
- Floating: Not required
- On-call: Not required
- RTO (Requested Time Off): Must be submitted at time of application; restrictions apply
- Pending License: Not accepted
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
- Local Radius: 50 miles (contact Account Manager for local rate)

- RN scrub color: Navy blue (provided for L&D/OR)

Med Ninjas Job ID #21784. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
