Travel Multimodality Technologist - Round Rock, TX 78665

• Assignment: 13 weeks, 11/23/2026 to 02/21/2027 (travel position)
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday to Sunday (36 hours/week)
• Requirements: BLS (AHA only), ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), Texas MRT; minimum 2 years experience with recent X-ray and CT
• Interview: virtual or phone
• Scrubs: any solid color (no prints)

Job summary

Under the general supervision of a radiologist, the Multimodality Technologist performs imaging procedures in two or more disciplines (such as XR, CT, MR, US, mammography, nuclear medicine or IR) on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider, in accordance with established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality procedures on time and according to exam protocol.
• Maintains production and quality of imaging by following established standards and procedures.
• Demonstrates understanding of radiation dose reference levels and monitoring, and takes action when estimated dose exceeds set levels.
• Communicates with patients and families about the exam, confirms the correct exam on the correct patient, and follows safety and infection-control policies.
• Keeps equipment and work areas clean and working; helps maintain supplies and documentation.
