Description
Job Summary:
Deliver holistic, patient- and family-centered care aimed at achieving self-identified and individualized health goals.
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care.
Promote and contribute to quality patient outcomes.
Collaborate with and seek additional resources for managing complex, unfamiliar, or high-risk clinical situations.
Advocate for patients and families to ensure excellent and satisfying care experiences.
Requires at least three years of recent RN experience, including at least two years in a specialty area.
BSN or ADN required.
Must possess valid CA RN license, as well as current CPR and NIH certifications.
