Shift: Day shifts, typically 3 shifts of 12 hours each (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic
Patient Ratio: 1:2 nurse to patient ratio; 3 rooms, 11 beds, average daily census of 20
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Call Requirements:
- 1 weekday call per week
- 1 weekend call per 6-week schedule
Weekends: 2-3 weekends per contract
Floating: None
Return to Office (RTO): Maximum 7 days per contract
RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
Holiday Work:
- If 1 major holiday falls during assignment, expected to work it
- If 2 major holidays fall, expected to work both
- If 3 major holidays fall, expected to work two of them
Major Holidays Include: New Year’s Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
Minimum 1 year of endoscopy experience, with recent endoscopy experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Orientation and Compliance

Number of Non-Billable Orientation hours depends on contract length (e.g., 8 hours for 8-week assignment)
Full compliance with all requirements is mandatory to start on time; delays in compliance may result in a 2-week pushback due to bi-weekly orientation scheduling
Clinical screening will be conducted to determine clinical fit before final approval

Locals are accepted at the same rate
No floating assignments required
Dress and professional appearance policies must be reviewed and acknowledged prior to start
Candidates must review and sign the facility’s Code of Conduct before starting
