Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry (Travel)

Job Description

Float nurse position covering Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.
Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals as needed.
Work schedule includes every other weekend and holidays as required.
Shift options include 36 or 48 hours per week.
Early start shifts available if compliant with requirements.
Patient-facing clinical role.
Electronic Medical Record system used: Meditech.
Dress code: Solid navy scrubs.
Parking available.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alabama
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
At least 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing within the last year
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Information

Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Timesheet approver assigned.
This is not a remote position.
