Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Honesdale, Pennsylvania
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–11:00 PM
- No block scheduling
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- ASAP start
Clinical focus
- Labor and delivery and mother/baby experience required
- Must be able to work in both labor and delivery and mom/baby
- No call requirements
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring

- HHS/OIG screening
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
- Competency exam
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation
- Drug screen
- Flu season vaccination or declination
- COVID vaccination card or declination
- 2 professional references within 3 years of start
