RN PACU
Overview
- Location: West Burlington, Iowa
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 08:00 - 20:30
Role Summary
- Provides post-anesthesia nursing care in phase I and phase II recovery, with transition to inpatient or intensive care settings as needed.
- Includes on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic

- Telemetry strip self-study is required upon acceptance, with a basic dysrhythmia test-out during the first week
- Professional references: 2 total, including 1 supervisor reference
