Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARRT or RCIS
Scrub and EKG skills
Experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, and Rotablader cardiac cath lab procedures
COVID-19 vaccination, with medical or religious exemptions accepted

HHS/OIG screening
Foreign equivalency education evaluation, if education was completed outside the U.S. or Puerto Rico
Education verification
Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint clearance
Photo for badge
Dress code and tobacco policy acknowledgment
Account registration and module completion before start
Fit mask acknowledgment
Physical exam within 6 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 10 weeks of start
TB questionnaire
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and drug screening documentation
Flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption
Respirator safety clearance, if the role requires respirator use
2 references from the past 2 years
