RN Emergency Room

Overview

13-week travel assignment in West Burlington, Iowa
Evening shift: 15:00 - 03:30
May occasionally be placed on call during low census and must be able to arrive on-site within one hour if called in

Role Details

Emergency Room RN responsible for assessing patient needs, triaging safely and rapidly, and providing direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting
Traveler must self-study telemetry strips upon acceptance and pass a basic dysrhythmia test during orientation to work in the Emergency Department

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Emergency Department experience
Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS
ACLS
TNCC
NIHSS
CPI/MOAB
Experience with Epic
