Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Bartow, Florida
- Start date: 10/12
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:30 to 17:00
- 72 staffed beds
- Short Term Acute Care facility
- Scrub color: Royal Blue
- Charting system: Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Driver’s License/State ID
- COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions accepted
- Weekend availability required
- On-call required: critical on-call coverage 1 day a week and 1 weekend per month, with a 30-minute response time
- First-timers accepted
- Pending license not accepted
- Locals not accepted
Preferred
- Cerner EMR preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must complete required background checks, education verification, fingerprinting, and facility onboarding documents before start
- Physical exam within 6 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 10 weeks of start
- Standard 9-panel drug test including THC within 30 days
- References: 2 within the past 2 years
- Skills checklist required
- Employment application required
- Color blind testing required
- Respirator safety clearance required if using a respirator
- Flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption required when applicable
