Cardiac Tele
Location
- Fayetteville, Georgia
Assignment Details
- Travel/Contract
- Night shift, 3x12 hours: 18:45–7:15
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- No call
- Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
- Locals accepted
Unit Details
- Diagnoses include chest pain, NSTEMI/STEMI, left/right heart cath, TEE, cardioversions, stress tests, pacemakers, AMI, Afib, CHF, bradycardia, AICD insertion, and SVT/tachycardia
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Full compliance required to start on time

Additional Requirements
- RTO maximum: 7 days
- If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it; if two, both; if three, two of the three
- Background check must be complete prior to start
- Education verification required and may be pending at start with proof it is running
- Physical exam required by Aya
- Negative TB or chest X-ray required
- TB questionnaire required
- Negative 10-panel drug screen required
- Flu vaccine or declination required
- 2 clinical references needed
- Skills checklist within 12 months, updated annually
- Work history verification of most recent employer required
