Job Title: ER Registered Nurse
Location: Lansing, MI
Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center, Emergency Department, Pediatric Emergency
Pay Range: $49.23 - $51.69 per hour
Schedule: 36 hours per week Mid 3x12-Hour (13:00 - 01:30) (Note: No on-call, Working 3 weekends per 4-week schedule, may work 1, 2, or all 3 weekend days)
Contract Length: ASAP start, duration as specified by facility
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience with Level I trauma
- Current State license
- ACLS, BCLS (AHA), PALS, TNCC, NIH certifications
- Experience interpreting and managing dysrhythmias
- EPIC charting experience
- Pass clinical Aya offer; RTO must be submitted at submission, no additional RTO approved later; no RTO for July
- Willing to work 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per schedule
- High patient ratios expected (1:5-6, possibly up to 8); traveler acknowledges high ratios
Preferred Skills:
- ENPC certification
- Peds experience
- First-time traveler acceptance
- Continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation experience
- Triage experience

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Department, you will:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to trauma and pediatric patients, utilizing your ER and trauma expertise (RN).
- Manage complex patient cases with solid dysrhythmia interpretation and advanced clinical skills.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and certifications.
