Job Title: RN : Med/Surg
Location: 299 Kings Daughters Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601
Setting: Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg)
Pay Range: Discuss with Recruiter
Schedule: 07:00AM - 07:00PM (12-hour shifts)
Contract Length: Backfill - Travel assignment
Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an RN (Med/Surg)
• Qualified applicants MUST have telemetry experience and post-Percutaneous Coronary Intervention experience
• Qualified applicants MUST have an active nursing license in good standing (with compact if indicated)
• BLS required, ACLS preferred, current NIH certification (must be renewed annually)
• Valid RN license in Kentucky or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
• Be willing to obtain Kentucky state licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a medical/surgical unit...

• Collaborate as an RN to monitor telemetry systems and respond to patient needs.
• Demonstrate advanced skills with CPap management, port access, and recognizing industry-standard cues.
• Execute procedures such as telemetry monitoring, paracentesis, and other routine tasks on the unit.
