We’re currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Corrections for a Corrections facility contract assignment.
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Corrections
Location: Waverly, VA
Setting: Corrections facility
Pay Range: Discuss with Recruiter
Schedule: Day Shift, 36-hours per week, Every other weekend, Holidays as needed
Contract Length: 13 to 26 Weeks
Candidate Type: Corrections facility – travel reimbursement available
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Corrections nursing
- Valid RN license
- Be willing to obtain State licensure
Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a Corrections facility, you will:
- RN (Registered Nurse) ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care in a correctional setting
- Manage and observe patient conditions and administer treatments using your core nursing skills
- Collaborate with healthcare teams utilizing industry-standard protocols and documentation practices
