Job Details:

• Pay Range: 52.30 - 54.91

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document, prepare/review, and complete a Plan of Care (POC), progress notes, phone orders, and other clinical records regularly.
• Revise the POC based on ongoing assessments and evaluations in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Plan and provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral and assessments.
• Assist/instruct patients and families on transfer techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic procedures tailored to their age, condition, culture, and learning readiness.
• Oversee other team members in performing patient care as appropriate.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions during patient care activities.
• Accept clinical assignments aligned with education and competence to ensure quality care.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
