Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to acute care patients.
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
- Administer therapies according to individual care plans.
- Support PACU discharge coverage as needed, including weekend shifts and flexed hours.
