Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse
Location: Huntington, WV
Setting: Hospital – Surgical/OR
Pay Range: $52.98 - $55.63 per hour
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Weekend availability; rotating weekends, no call, work every other weekend)

Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have WV or Compact RN license (no temporary or pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Scrub experience preferred, circulate required
• Ability to function in multiple areas including CVT, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cataracts, ENT, etc.
• Valid RN license in WV or Compact state
• Be willing to obtain state licensure if not currently licensed

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a hospital setting, you'll:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the OR, including circulating and scrub duties for various surgical specialties.
• Assist in maintaining sterile environments and utilize key surgical skills for procedures like trauma cases, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and ENT.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure procedures run smoothly, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
