Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Maintain proper documentation of patient histories, assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
• Float within the ED department and to sister facilities as needed.
• Rotate between night and evening shifts, primarily from 19:00 to 07:30, based on department needs.
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as scheduled.
• Complete required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, and CPI during onboarding.
