Job Details:
- Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Psych - Night Shift
- Location: Augusta, GA
- Setting: Psychiatric Hospital
- Pay Range: $1490.49 - 1565.01 weekly
- Schedule: 7pm - 7:30am, 12-Hour Nights, every other weekend, holidays as needed
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic care and treatments, such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, administering enemas, douches, alcohol rubs, massages, or performing catheterizations.
- Answer individuals’ calls and determine how to assist them.
- Observe and chart changes in patients' conditions, reporting adverse reactions and taking necessary actions.
- Measure and record vital signs like height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Administer prescribed medications or start intravenous fluids, noting times and amounts on charts.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to mental health patients.
- Ensure patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation through dedicated care and attention.
