Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Coordinate and monitor patient care plans, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist physicians during procedures such as scleral buckle, vitrectomy, corneal transplants, and cataracts.
- Administer medications and perform minor surgeries as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Comply with all safety and healthcare regulations, including BLS certifications.
