Responsibilities:
- Provide circulator RN services in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and proper surgical protocol adherence.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to prepare and maintain sterile environments.
- Manage perioperative patient care throughout surgical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records of surgical procedures.
