Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory therapy services to neonatal patients with adherence to physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor neonatal patients' respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Document all procedures and patient responses accurately in accordance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for neonatal patients.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
