- Deliver specialized neonatal care to critical patients in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs and provide assessments to ensure patient stability.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
