Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients in the rehabilitation hospital setting.
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress accurately.
- Utilize lifting and transfer skills to assist patients safely.
- Manage a workload of approximately 10-12 patients daily.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
