Job Details:
- Job Title: Stepdown Cardiac Registered Nurse

- Schedule: 07:00 - 19:30
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac patients in a step-down unit.
- Monitor LVAD and Heart Failure patients, ready to respond to any patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
- Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Educate patients and their families about post-discharge care and procedures.
