Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients within the hospital setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormal findings promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
