Job Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide neonatal nursing care in a Level III NICU setting.
• Assist with bedside procedures such as intubation, central line, and chest tube placements.
• Monitor and maintain neonatal vital signs using Vent, CR monitors, Vapotherm, and CPAP equipment.
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, NNPs, and RNs to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Document care accurately in Meditech and paper flow sheets.
• Support families during stressful hospitalizations by narrating care plans and communicating changes.
• Manage emergency responses, including Code response and hypoglycemia management.
• Perform neonatal-specific cares, including ROP exams and assisting with bedside procedures.
