Job Details:
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Corrections
Location: Mitchells, VA
Setting: Prison
Pay Range: Up to $1800 weekly
Schedule:12-hour nights, 36-hours per week, every other weekend, holidays as required
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Requirements: Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably in a correctional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to correctional facility inmates during night shifts.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care in a secure environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and correctional staff to ensure safety and medical compliance.
- Document patient interactions and clinical data accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide necessary interventions.
