Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients needing rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
