Job Details:
- Job Title: TRAVEL - RN - ADULT TRANSITIONS (658) - 7P-7A
- Location: Kansas City, MO
- Setting: Psychiatric Hospital
- Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
- Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' mental health status, including recognizing signs of psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral problems.
- Develop individualized care plans based on the needs of patients with mental health and behavioral issues.
- Administer psychiatric medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provide immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate medication management.
- Monitor patients for physical and psychological symptoms, including vital signs, mental status changes, and medication effects.
