Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient telemetry data to identify emergent issues.
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and alert physicians of significant changes.
