Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a standard ICU setting with required float to IMCU & Med Surg units as patient volume demands.
• Manage vents and monitor advanced cardiac devices, demonstrating proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Administer medications, including PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, and BLS certifications.
• Assist in patient assessment and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios, adjusting as needed during floating assignments.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including uniform and behavioral standards.
