Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric cardiac patients in the CVOR unit.
- Assist with open heart surgeries, bedside sternal closures, and washout procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric cath lab, echo, and anesthesia units.
- Adhere to unit policies and ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Support rotating call schedule with self-scheduling and teamwork.
