Job Details:
Job Title: PICU | RN - Registered Nurse
Location: Denver, CO
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1809.69 - 1900.17
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN License; BLS; PALS; ACLS; 2 years current experience in Pediatric ICU
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care nursing for pediatric cardiac patients in the PICU.
- Manage post-operative care including inotropic and vasopressor infusions, IVF, and chest tube care.
- Utilize specialized equipment such as Phillips monitors, Medfusion, and Baxter pumps to support patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care.
- Support complex patients with established protocols and procedures while maintaining a culture of safety.
