Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized surgical nursing care in the operating room, including scrub and circulating roles.
• Proficiently operate Davinci Xi and DV5 robotic systems, with experience in robotics, gynecology, thoracic, and urology surgeries.
• Function independently across multiple specialties such as general, gyn, urology, orthopedics, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and trauma.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines through pre-screening and collaboration with clinical teams.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and floating assignments, as needed.
• Maintain proficiency with robotic systems and supporting specialties, providing optimal patient care.
• Manage care for COVID patients in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility, respecting policies and notifying travelers prior to submission.
• Respond promptly to call requirements, including 2-3 calls within a six-week matrix with 30-minute response time.
• Work day shifts (4x10-Hour shifts, 07:00 - 17:30), inclusive of weekends, holidays, and floating shifts as assigned.
