Job Details:
Job Title: CWHH-RN Home Health
Location: Raleigh, NC
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2047.02 - 2149.37
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN License; BLS; PALS; ACLS; 2 years current experience in Pediatric ICU; at least 1 travel assignment
Responsibilities:
- Assess home health patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, diet, and home safety, using appropriate teaching methods.
- Supervise and provide clinical directions to home health aides and other staff to ensure service quality and continuity.
- Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call services to patients/families as assigned.
