Job Details:

Job Title: RN Home Health

Location: Charlotte, NC

Setting: Home Health

Pay Range: $1,962.66 - $2,060.79

Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: RN License; BLS; PALS; ACLS; 1-2 years current experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting; 2+ years Home health experience; Proof of current CPR certification; Must have reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess home health patients, including in stable and emergent situations, to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.

• Develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.

• Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and safety practices; promote self-care.

• Supervise and direct home health aides, LVS, and other staff to ensure quality service delivery.

• Manage pain assessments and educate patients and families on pain management techniques.
