Job Title: PT Home Health
Location: Dorchester, MA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2,400-$2,600/weekly
Schedule: 8-Hour Days
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in the home health setting
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain MA licensure
