Job Details:

Job Title: TRAVEL - RN NICU (675) 7:00PM-7:00AM

Location: Salem, VA

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: RN licensure; BLS; NRP

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care in a neonatal intensive care setting.
Perform IV insertions and assessments in preterm and term infants.
Care for and stabilize critically ill infants needing vent support, CPAP, UVC placement, surfactant administration, needle decompression, TPN, and lipids.
Document patient care accurately using Meditech and Centricity Perinatal systems.
Adhere to unit-specific policies including weekend shifts and protocols for patient care.
