Description
Lake Ridge Center is a secured Alzheimer's and Dementia facility. We have three secured units, averaging 25-30 patients per unit. We are looking for a evening shift (2pm-1030pm) nurse for a 4 on , 2 off, full time rotation.
Job Details:
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Setting: Psychiatric Hospital
Pay Range: 1296.16 - 1360.97
Schedule: 14:00 - 22:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks

- Provide nursing care to patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia in a secured facility.
- Administer medication and monitor patient health during the evening shift.
- Document patient conditions and communicate with healthcare team.

- Collaborate with team to deliver quality care in a secure environment.
