Job Details:
Job Title: PCU Registered Nurse
Location: Akron, OH
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2042.32 - 2144.44
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in PCU/Stepdown; MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND; AHA BLS & ACLS required; ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with acceptable scores required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU/Stepdown patients during night shifts.
- Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, recognizing critical patterns quickly.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Complete required assessments and documentation during each shift.
