Job Title: Home Health RN
Location: Denver, CO
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2,436.60 - $2,558.43
Schedule: M-F 8-hour Days
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a RN in the Home Health setting; Valid RN license; Be willing to obtain Colorado or compact licensure

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home health setting in accordance with established standards and assignment needs.
• Complete patient assessments, document clinical findings, and communicate updates to the appropriate care team members.
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered while monitoring patient response and reporting changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, safety practices, and strategies to support continuity of care at home.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support compliance with agency and assignment guidelines.
