Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in the Home Health specialty, have a valid RN license and be willing to obtain Georgia or Compact licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting, supporting safety and continuity of care
- Complete patient assessments and document care accurately to support treatment plans and care coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient wellness and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans, health management, and follow-up needs
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to facility and assignment guidelines while delivering patient-centered care
